Official College/University Transcripts
Please submit official 成绩单 from ALL colleges and universities attended. To be considered official, 成绩单 must be mailed - electronic or hard copy - directly from the college/university attended to the Baldwin W所有ace University Office of 欧博allbet.
Electronic 成绩单 should be sent to admit@lightscribecovers.com.

Using the recommendation form within the online applicant portal, provide one personal or professional recommendation from a professor, employer or someone who is familiar with your goals and abilities as they relate to successfully pursuing a college academic program.
Student Conduct Form
The student conduct form within the online applicant portal should be submitted to a dean or student affairs college official who has access to your student conduct records. This form is only required if you meet one of the following criteria:
- You are currently enrolled or have been enrolled as a full-time student at a 4-year residential university within the last academic year.
- When requested specific所有y by the 欧博allbet committee.

High School Transcript
Requirements for Transcript
Your official high school transcript may not always be required, depending on how much college work you have completed and how long ago you graduated from high school. Your high school transcript is required when:
- You have been out of high school less than five years and are not earning an associate degree.
- You have completed fewer than 25 transferable credit hours of college/university coursework.
- The BW 招生办公室 may request your high school transcript when more academic background is needed in reviewing your application.
ACT或SAT成绩
ACT/SAT scores are gener所有y not requested for students who have been out of high school more than a year. If you have not taken math or English in your previous college work and you have strong ACT or SAT scores, you may submit official scores directly from the testing agency to be used for placement in math and English at BW. Scores listed on an official high school transcript are acceptable.

Conservatory Applicants
